Constant downsizing, outsourcing, and no sense of direction.

Advice to Management

Need to develop a plan of action to counteract the quarter over quarter losses.

You can make decent money, if you don't mind selling services that don't work.

    Pros

Commission and benefits are above average. Great training. Employees and middle management are amazing. Professional, fair work environment. Work from home. Flexible work schedule at times. Great resume experience. Put in a couple years here, and many doors open for high level sales positions.

    Cons

Products are outdated. Internet services are deceptive, overpriced, and not up to date with competitors. Phone books are becoming extinct, and that is 90% of revenue. Upper management is unrealistic with goals and expectations. They micromanage and treat employees like children being punished if quotas aren't met. Outdated computer systems. Hours of paperwork. 50-60 hour work week if you want to make money. Youre only as good as your last sale!

    Advice to Management

Its a sinking ship, and no advice can change the inevitable!

    Pros

The people are overall good to work with.

    Cons

Unfortunately, sales and IT do not see eye to eye much of time which isn't good.

    Advice to Management

Focus on fostering better communications with sales and IT departments.
