I have been working at Supermedia full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You get a paycheck. Decent benefits. Sometimes you might get lucky to encounter some nice people in a bad situation.

    Cons

Micro management to the nth degree, constant termination threats and now devoid of a premier sales force it forced out with its eyes wide open. All that is left is hangers on who have no where else to go. The culture is every man for himself and no one watching your back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Confess your sins. Admit you blew it and then write a book about your blunders.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
