Not a great company.

ProsOk pay if you negotiate upfront and play hardball - you must play hardball though.

ConsIf you get on the badside of a recruiter, they'll stop calling.

Advice to Senior ManagementOrganize! Pay your employees better!

    Make sure and read your contract very well...company is a little shady
