I have been working at Supplemental Health Care full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

I have really enjoyed my time with Supplemental Health Care. They are a very fair organization and treat their employees with respect, offering a nice work/life balance which is difficult to achieve in the Staffing industry. I would recommend this company to friends and other professionals.

Cons

Pay rate seems to be on the lower end of the industry standard for Health Care Staffing, but they have been fair to me.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share the same sense of urgency for office employees as shown to field talent. When business issues arise with pay, it typically takes multiple steps to rectify the situation and makes the employee feel like they are not valued.

    I have been working at Supplemental Health Care full-time

    Pros

    All of these are in the past. Good mix of assignments, competitive benefits, friendly staff, supportive management.

    Cons

    All of the above are gone. this company is going way down hill. They are finding every excuse not to pay people. They are continuing to recruit new staff members when they cannot place the one's they have now. Every error they make is in their favor and you have to threaten legal action for them to understand their mistake. They threw out loyalty for a stupid points system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Support your current staff. Work with employees who bend over backwards for you. honor your contracts.
