Flexible Schedules

Overall, Supportsoft is a great place to work. The schedule is done for several months out at a time but there are a variety of shift options to work.

Cons

Tuition Reimbursement is difficult to get approved, and do not expect to work 9 - 5 (this is actually one of the biggest pros for me)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think the company is on its way to stardom, cant wait to see how the next year plays out.

    Pros

    Relatively small size for a publicly-traded company.

    Cons

    Upper management did not have a long (or short)-term business model solution for entering a new marketplace. Middle management is egotistical, ineffective and shows little regard for the well-being and career advancement of their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't hire people if you don't know what to do with them, only to lay them off a few months later. Your actions cost me over a year in career development. One of the worst professional decisions I've made was to take your offer over Cisco's.
