Current Employee – been working at Support.com
Pros – - Work from home
- Independant decision making
- Good support structure
- Good health benefits
Cons – - Growing trials
- Little or no wage increase
Advice to Senior Management – Company is fair in it's dealings towards employees. You get what is promissed... it's me that wants more.
Recent depression in work was dealt wit in a collective solution, instead of pulling the lay-off card. Very impressed with that way of thinking... Market has recovered since and work is plentyfull again.
