    Pros

This was one of the best opportunities I had working as a contractor. The small team I worked with clicked well.

    Cons

The contract was cut short. This was no fault of anyone at Supremesoft, but rather the BIA decided to cut Lockheed off the contract and award the work to a different contractor in a different state.

    Advice to Management

Compensation and contract were on target. Find other contracts for those relieved of current contract to work on instead of just letting them go.

I worked at Supreme Soft full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Location is great (Tysons Corner) and the employees are great to work with!!!

    Cons

Unclear in what you want out of an employee. It changes almost daily, and you give employees mismatched responsibilities (someone in the account manager/business development side of things should not be taking care of HR responsibilities such as payroll, and benefits). There is a lot of mis-communication, which will destroy the company eventually. Micro-management is out of control. You can't babysit your employees, it shows that you don't trust them and they are left fighting for their credibility constantly. There is also a lot of favoritism within the company - which could be borderline illegal. Pay is low, and there are always issues with getting paid.

    Advice to Management

Have some faith in your employees, whether you believe it or not, they do know what they are talking about, stop second guessing them and start trusting them!!!
