ProsIt is a very exciting and challenging environment. Individuals contribute a lot and can make a difference which is satisfying.

ConsLack of organization, processes and adequate staffing make it hard to be highly effective and productive and makes burnout high.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop reacting & changing directions constantly. ASK & LISTEN to internal feedback. Strategize, lead and get out of the way.
