    Pros

Mostly great people to work with. Mostly great benefits.

    Cons

Not so great people to work for, not all but some. Incompetent (or maybe just lazy) middle management. Definitely a good example of micro management...control and trust are always becoming an issue. There is no advancement opportunities even to those who are able and willing. It is only available to a selected few.

    Advice to Management

Look closely at your middle management. There are people being paid for doing not a single work. Open a suggestion box or better yet, get feedbacks from regular employees regarding their supervisors. You would be surprise to learn where a lot of money being wasted.
