Pros

The pros here are very limited. Some people are friendly, some people are only pretending to be friendly. Here are a couple pros, there's air conditioning and it's located in a safe area where your car won't get broken into.

Cons

Somewhat unprofessional people to work with. The "management" and senior peers have entitlement issues, they believe they can talk to any way because they have worked there for a long time, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Like the other person said, you're constantly being told the company is moving forward, yet months and years go by and here's a shocker, company hasn't moved! Be wary of this place.

Advice to Management

Just because you've worked somewhere for a while doesn't mean you're entitled to act anyway you want. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and issues shouldn't be swept under the rug.

    I worked at Surado CRM full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Good people to work with. Good working environment, it was fun during the last months. Everybody wanted to stay at the company. Good communication among team members and business.

    Cons

    Working on a legacy system does not serve as a good platform for future opportunities. Advancement opportunities were scarce. The company had many financial problems.

    Advice to Management

    The success of a company stems from successful people, successful people in the tech sector, in customer service, in sales, in finances. Every part of the company must be represented by key people overseeing compliance to align with the plan to grow, in their respective fields.

    Pros

    Some nice people to work with, they are eager to teach, company claims to be in "growing mode", lots of promises made by the managers.

    Cons

    None of the promises are kept, young employees are not paid for several months. not the best place to work for young women. lack of professionalism, while 'trying to be' professional. company never grows, same pace every time. they hire 'international student employees' and make them work for free for at least 6 months.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest to your employees. Keep everything professional, written and legitimate. keep your relations with your employees at a professional level.
