I have been working at Susquehanna International Group, LLP full-time

    Pros

Susquehanna provides a great learning environment throughout your career, and if you ever uncover interesting trading situations, they are happy to entertain trading them. You will be among very smart people, and you will be challenged and paid well.

    Cons

You may feel that the smartest people at SIG are actually the ones that leave. So you are left with traders that are happy with settling down and they may have less ambition than other trading firms.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I worked at Susquehanna International Group, LLP as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Catered lunch is pretty good, onsite education is fantastic, everyone is friendly and knows their stuff and is willing to talk to you.

    Cons

Projects in some departments are very long term, while other departments flipped through projects much more quickly, which made it hard to relate to other interns
