Micromanaged by middle management. Discarded/dismissed by upper management. 45 + hours required in a week with no break during the day makes 5 days of work feel like 6.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior level management is doing a great job of keeping the culture fresh and comfortable while supervisory/lower management makes you feel like you are in kindergarten.
