Management does not understand the struggles that the employees face , instead they state that employees are not doing their job

Keep evolving your management techniques to deal with the increased growth as well as hire more managers; invest more money on your systems, the favoritism needs to stop because it brings the good ones down a notch when they see that

    Management never takes serious pride in developing its workers to become better agents to handle calls.
