don't realize the value of the employee, U get reconized and grow in the company only if you do as they say and u must always be in their good books and u can never open your mouth

Advice to Management

Need to recognize people for their work and pay properly and please dont make people work for a very less pay and make them work 18 -20 hrs a day

    Pros

Good Place to work in the ITES sector as it offers one of the best training in voice and technical skills. Rules and Regulation are followed religiously when it comes to client information or any company policy. Never ever experienced a delay in disbursement of salary.

    Cons

Employee working environment can improve a lot. First line managers are not empowered enough with decision making. Employee retention is not attempted with lot of conviction.

    Advice to Management

More interaction with the client facing employees on a regular basis to get a feedback and not relying solely on managers whom they report to.
