Too many changes

I have been working at Sutherland Global Services full-time (more than an year)

Pros

you are a lot about selling products even if they're not worth the money

Cons

too many changes 1 minute you can be technical support the next to be a full fledge cell team they change your schedule too much and promote their friends

    Pros

    Consistent work hours
    One hour lunches
    Pay increases with annual reviews
    Able to advance within the company quickly
    Medical, dental, and life insurance benefits

    Cons

    The workload was worth more than what they paid
    Locked in schedules
    Inexperienced managers
    HIGH TURNOVER
    At least on mandatory weekend day on your schedule

    Keep updating your product and procedure knowledge after you advance. Information is constantly changing. You can't just rely on what you knew before.

    I worked at Sutherland Global Services full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Professional nature of the call center motivated employees to perform better and have a better chance for promotion.

    Cons

    They push everyone so hard that the metrics are constantly improving floor-wide which make it ever harder to get promoted.
