Pros

Has lot of money to waste

Cons

Does not have any clue what they do but shoots in the dark and at times hit some targets somewhere. Recruits top talents from other good organizations but unable to sustain them or use them in the right way ending up with high employee turn around in senior levels. No proper ethical management or org structure. Perfect example of success by luck.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to recruit the right talent for the right job. Understand the requirement, search and find the right talent for the job, trust them for all positive changes and scrutinize their actions. Cowards cannot lead, they can only manage with others.

    Pros

For one thing you gain more knowledge with the job itself and you can say you earn it well with hard work you put into. Speaking in English is a great the opportunity that could give you a better job in the near future...a good benefit from this company..

    Cons

Working in a graveyard hours is not good for your health. Lapses with the recruitment and Human Resource Department needs some improvements in their time and lack of organized work in the house.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be attentive to the needs of the employees and make some noise to upgrade your departments to fulfill the ultimate goal you say...
