Pros

Most programs will place you in customer service roles, which is great if you want to improve 'soft skills' in that area. Also, you have the opportunity to gain a good working knowledge of whatever industry your program involves, be it software marketing, telecommunications, tech support or whatever. There is a decent chance of advancement due to high turnover.

Cons

You are a machine. You are replacable. You will have to bear in mind that this is a company that hires almost everyone, and it shows. Most program level managers I had got where they were through ambition and willingness to work, rather than saintly behavior and kindness to all mankind.

Advice to Management

Be more selective in hiring. Be more selective in what companies you consent to work for.

    Pros

good learning experience, company has potential if things are done with proper management

    Cons

no advancement, commision plan does not nearly compensate for the level of revenue produced by some of the top employees.

    Advice to Management

stop losing top people because the company doesnt want to pay it doesnt make sense to keep training new people when you have top level talent there. a increase in pay and you would have happy employees that will work hard and not look for employment elsewhere

    Pros

I guess it's better than collecting unemployment but one finds it hard to understand how they get by treating their employees so terribly.

    Cons

Management is a joke, it could be a good place to work if management was fixed. There is a significant defect with the training within this organization. maybe if they were publicly traded things would be different.

    Advice to Management

senior management is OK, they really need to look at their program level management and work on keeping their best employees around. I am a current top performer at this company but can't wait to get out.
