Pros

Good salary. Friendly staff that really want to do a good job.

Cons

SGMF lulls you into believing you are important and that you are valued as an employee, and then when the first sign of economic slowdown and they realize it is not easy to find employment elsewhere, you are treated like you are invisible. They care only for their income.

Advice to Management

Become sincere, caring people. Do not bring people into the organization for the sole purpose of improving the bottom line. Focus on patient care in the true sense - not just words. Realize your employees are part of the community and deserve respect, even in hard economic times, especially when they are really good employees and really good human beings.

    Constant change in the processes to be patient focus. great benefits. strong lean leaders

    Cons

    Culture is shifting from traditional to lean which causes confusion. Must like to change, follow standard work, and participate in daily improvement activities.

    front line staff education in lean.

    Pay base scale, medical benefits, weekends off.

    Cons

    I agree with the previous review Training should be more hands on at call center site.

    Advice to Management

    Management favored supervisors side even before hearing the employees side. Whatever happened to common fair place ethics!! So sad that half the call center are under (FMLA) for stress relating to how poor supervisors undermine the employees. The majority of employees feel they have to walk on egg shells around higher management. No open door policy they say they do but be cautious they will use every word you say and black ball you! Management CEO should send undercover boss to see how True these supervisors treat there employees.
