Pros

They provide a structured training process, reasonable pay, and benefits.

Cons

It's hard to network within the company to obtain cross training and building multiple skills. Managers seem to have a lot of social politics that interfere with the employees advancement opportunities.

Advice to Management

Think about the employees and their hard work and dedication, instead of who Manages them and the issues you have with that Manager.

    Pros

Great vision for the future Passionate people Strong patient focus

    Cons

Salary ranges very uneven. New employees with less experience paid more than high performing staff with 15+ years of experience due to stagnant increases over the last few years for internals. You would be better off quitting for a few months and getting rehired at your true value.

    Advice to Management

Consider hiring more staff to help achieve the work life balance you talk about. 10-11 hour days due to more work with less people make it hard to take days off. Even though the time off is generous it is hard to use without burdening coworkers. Consider moving high performers up in the salary range to be competitive with new hires. Reward loyalty and those that stay.

    Pros

People are generally friendly, benefits are good.

    Cons

All PM's are contractors who don't live in the state so are basically there to collect a paycheck which makes for a very in personable environment.
