    Pros

I really enjoyed to work for Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte at Tthe Swatch Group in Madrid. There was a very good and relaxed work atmosphere, as you would expect in a hispanic country. People were very nice to newcomers, we had normal working hours and got to know a lot of the staff from the other brands.

    Cons

I repetedly saw myself sitting in front of my desk, having no work to do. Internet access was non-existant for me as an assistant, which I found quite troubling. I would've have liked to have too much to do, since I was very young and motivated to learn new things.

    Advice to Management

    More responsibility for interns.
