“Awesome company to work for!”
Current Employee – been working at Swedish Match North America
Pros – Great products to sell. Good training program. Nice salary and bonus/profit sharing. Great benefits (medical/dental/vision/life). Two weeks vacation plus all the public/federal holidays. Fully-maintained company vehicle, which can be used for business and personal needs. Matching 401K. Great opportunities to interact with senior management. This company values its employees. Sales leadership is fair and honest.
Cons – TR's work in the field all day and then have to head home and finish reports on their activities by the end of the day. Work in the field is done in all types of weather and traffic.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up!
