Pros

Good "start-up' company for drivers new to the business and neeeding experience. Great dedicated fleet options for teams and driver-trainer trucks. Quality equipment.

Cons

Max cpm hasnt changed in several years. If you wish to remain solo your looking at about 2300 miles per week on 48 states hauling general freight. Expect to be treated like your expendable. No priority on driver retention.

Advice to Management

Unless you place some type of emphasis on driver retention your shop/ office personnel will always treat us like 2nd class. Your programs to improve driver relations have been a failure in the long term IE Raising-the-Bar, Best-in-Class programs. Ive experinced it time and time again. The overall majority of our employees cant even act like they care.

    Pros

Company has a local terminal in my area. Mechanics worked hard to keep equipment in good condition.

    Cons

If you don't have things worked out with day dispatch, forget it. There was only one person on nights/weekends who had a clue. I often wondered if others where mentally capable of doing the job. Qualcom communication appeared to be at the level of a 12 yr. old. I had to pull a leased trailer that had a customer lock on it, when I asked if anyone new anything about the lock on the trailer the response I got back was "yes". Very descriptive.

    Advice to Management

Communication is a 2 way street.
