    Pros

Full Time, benefits, off on the weekends.

    Cons

Some management is stuck up and only care about their numbers and certain people they like.
Got to wait at least 9 months to move up in career advancement.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the shipping and receiving depts, and mail depts. Pay the these depts better!!!

    Pros

Decent miles for company drivers, most loads are drop and hook.

    Cons

Low pay scale, If you sign a lease with swift you no longer get decent loads, you make just enough to pay truck payment and a few bucks in your pocket. Swift often neglects to pay detention pay, if you follow up with calls and emails you might get it, you might not. All loads are still paid zip code to zip code, not actual miles (always at least 10% shorter than actual).

    Advice to Management

Pay your drivers honestly and maybe so many won't be quitting all the time.
