Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for progression and you're not tied to one department or business area. You have the added security of a business that is well known and focussed on doing the best it can, for both customers and staff. Training and development are offered in most roles.

Cons

The salaries and benefits could be better (although they are better than some companies!) and recent changes within the business have been a little unsettling.

    Pros

The training Is fun and to be honest Debbie is a saint. The people that work there are nice but shadows of their former selves.

    Cons

The Rest of the management is terrible, horrific, without a doubt the worst place I have ever worked. You are not allowed to go to the toilet, The management bully you they made many of my colleagues cry with the pressure that they put on them. I ended up walking after 2 days on the phone.

    Advice to Management

Try and compromise just a little bit, take others ideas into account don't force them in, just gently let them get to grips. Above all lighten up work can be bearable it doesn't have to be as oppressive as a third world country and give your employees and element of trust don't tar them all with the same brush.

  2. An awful place, with awful ethics and values.

    Pros

The team in the inbound call centre was great, a great group of passionate people.

    Cons

A shame that people weren't honest in the management team of the Inbound Call Centre and HR.
