I have been working at Swinton Insurance full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

There are plenty of opportunities for progression and you're not tied to one department or business area. You have the added security of a business that is well known and focussed on doing the best it can, for both customers and staff.
Training and development are offered in most roles.

Cons

The salaries and benefits could be better (although they are better than some companies!) and recent changes within the business have been a little unsettling.
