Work-life balance is quite good. Relaxed and casual culture clearly prevails. Employees are generally treated in a nice and fair way and relationships between empoyees and the company is often with a long term focus. There are a large number of talented employees with strong expertise in their industry.
Cons
Senior management is consistently underperforming. The organisation is excessively inward focused and constantly reorganizing. Sometimes lack of dynamism can be felt.
Advice to Senior Management
Both senior and middle management tend to avoid tough decisions. Senior Management is not held accountable for failures, so that positions are often created to safeguard failed managers.
