Employees are treated with respect. There are a lot of talented people to learn from. Large international company with many opportunities.

Cons

Too inward-looking. Huge amounts of time can be spent focused on internal processes. Not the most exciting business model, although obviously a very profitable in good times.

Advice to Senior Management

Any way to make this company less bureaucratic? Talent gets lost because of the civil-service feel.
