    Pros

    The people in the US are outstanding. Everyone works together for the purpose of success. From the call center, the noc, account management, sales everyone does what they have to do to get the job done.

    Cons

    Dealing with our management components in Europe is a nightmare. They absolutely do not understand business in the US.

    Run US and Europe separately, running them the same just simply does not work.

    I have been working at Swisscom full-time

    Pros

    Big name company, provides verbal stability when stated that the company is a part of a 12B$ company.

    Cons

    Poor planning, budgeting, communications. Heavily siloed with no communal desire to help each other to gain the greater corporate goals. No department head outside of sales has any executive experience outside of Swisscom HS, therefore terrible practices are propagated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Serious need to completely re-vamp the entire EC. Bring in new blood (not necessarily from Hospitality). Create and communicate a strategic plan and see it through. The complete company future view must be more than 12 months.
