the job there is ok, just like every big companies

Prosit's a big company, great for networking. The compensation is fine, and so are the employer benefits. oh, and the kitchen is always full of free pops

Consit is a big company so the work for each person on the team is very specific and it's a lot of repetition.

Advice to Senior Managementthey hold a weekly meeting in each team, and a monthly meeting for the teams that work together to trace the progress.
