Too many acquisitions with no clear path of integration
Middle management conflicts between departments - need to work together better.

GREAT COMPANY - KEEP IT GREAT. I had to leave due to relocation and there were no opportunities in Finance in the Dallas area otherwise I would still be there.

    Poor management in the NetBackup support org makes life miserable for the employees.

    Benefits are good
    Pay is competitive
    Excellent company to work for, outside of the support organization

    Cons

    NetBackup support is poorly managed by people looking only to save their own skin, not service the customer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get rid of all of the management in NetBackup support from the top down and replace them with people who care about both the customer and the morale of their employees.
