Overall, a great place to work. Really good benefits, with substantial PTO days, insurance options, and other benefits.
Management team pushes individuals and teams to be a lot more efficient, and optimize on costs (which is a good thing)
The Mountain View location has offices for many employees, which is a big plus!
Great team members and colleagues, most of whom have been around for more than 7 to 10 years!

Cons

Distributed organization across India, US and China, which comes with its own challenges.
Some product domains have flat growth, which makes Symc product growth a bit more challenging
