Narrow mentality of people from your team.
Too much office politics.
Do not get deserved credit or promotion.
If you want to move to next level then just you work will not help you will have to push management by the neck.
Advice to Senior Management
your 360 reviews suck. Managers just copy comments from 360 reviews into their own reviews without even thinking about it. and if u ask them about it I am sure they would have no idea why they made that comment about you on your review????

Talking about reviews, I have asked my manager once: why are you always giving me a 2 at quarterly reviews? He said that he wants to be politically correct and give the highest reward (a 1) to the person he intends to promote... well guess what? after 6 months the new manager turned out to be the least qualified person in the team (a bimbo with high-school only and which was caught having sex in the elevator on the company premises), but I guess that none of that mattered, in fact she took revenge on anybody that stood her way in the team; how 'bout that?
