Compensation, Flexibility of schedule for valued employees. SYMC is even flexible about where you live if you are a valued employees.
Cons
Not growing. Individual contributors are pretty much stuck in place. Every front line manager is a senior manager. Sexism in the attitude that girls can't code. If you got recently acquired, take off once vested.
Advice to Senior Management
All these initiatives need to gain traction sometime. Enrique is like Obama. He's inherited some problems, he's making changes, how will it turn out?
