Pros

It is a good place to work at, there is professional growth and work area and environment is satisfying. Pays good too.

Cons

Career development is not as good as it should be. Mid Management visibility is limited in both directions (up and down).

Advice to Senior Management

Understand ground realities of product. Great Companies are made by Great S/W Products, Great Products are made by Great Code and Great Code is made by Great People. Focus on People>Code>Products, Greatness will follow...
