“Great Experience”
Current Employee – been working at Symphony Teleca
Pros – Overall it good, in terms of clients, management, onsite opp, flexible working hrs. Overall it good company to work with.
Cons – Salary wise it not too good, if you work for Symphony for a long period, you feel that, growth is stopped only terms of salaries.
Advice to Senior Management – Few managers are exceptionally well and few are so worst that they don’t even deserve to be in the IT industry at all.
