I have been working at Synacor

Pros

Synacor is full of many incredible, talented people that work and play hard. There is never a dull moment, and it is a great to be part of an exciting and growing company.

Cons

Stand up for yourself and set your boundaries. Synacor will take as much as you can possibly give and still ask for more. You will need to fight for a fair wage.
