    Pros

Exciting lines of growing business, solid financials of a medium-sized business that maintains much of its startup culture

Convenient location of the NJ office

Free food on Monday mornings. Free hot beverages all the time :-)

    Cons

Reorganization and limited internal formal training available at this point. Expect that to change as we continue to grow.

    Advice to Management

Request more updates via multimedia communication: town hall webcasts/conference calls, emails, intranet newsletters

    Pros

Great exposure to work experience and you can make excellent high level contacts.

    Cons

Not enough staff to cover all the work needed so salaried employees often work 50+ hours a week and are overtime exempt.

    Advice to Management

Expectations to stay late and come in early put a big strain on management. More management would allow for extra time with agents to promote growth and program success.
