Former Employee – worked at Synechron

Pros – I can freely tell my ideas. there is no problem if you do not agree on something with your managers. many times, i had given new suggestions, and many of these were not standard practise, but were accepted because they were effective in that particular situation.

Cons – company needs to do some change in what IT professionals think about company, when anyone say Synechron, others understand it as high salary paying company, no one thinks about the work culture and family life balance issues. company need to do something to change this perception

Advice to Senior Management – company needs to fix trouble spot areas, like old attendence system, and inefficient systems department, many times i had to face problems due to these,
