I have been working at Synerfac Technical Staffing full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

They are very good in finding all specialized career jobs on posted resumes on Monster.com and Career Builders, and other search job engines sites. And asking you that they have a position for you. If you're willing to authorize them on your behalf to submit a resume for their client's needs companies who are looking for a particular job skills position, in order to supply their client company and businesses.

    Cons

Very manipulative in the industry! They would eagerly try to submit as much resumes of prospective job candidates, to bring results to their effort to their company clientele. To get a successful hit. Once they tried and didn't work out.. they get back to you and ask you if you're interested for a job position available from within 4 weeks to a month and a half. Which is
forgotten. The recruiters over there asked for a date/time schedule of a job interview over their client's office. But it turns out those guys there aren't seem sure and definite what they set on with date interviews. Not until I found out that it was wrong date schedule. Not professional. After I went a job interview with their client the several days this agency called and informed me that the interview went well. They said I have the right excellent qualifications and specific skills their client's seeking on my work experience. I was glad to hear it. They told me that they are offering me a job position, and on a rate pay of $25 per hour. The Synerfac agency ask me if I wanted the job
position on this rate salary that they're offering to me, and to start the job at the end of
month. I willingly accepted the offer. The next two days I called Synerfac agency to touch base with the confirmation of my acceptance they offered to me. But they told me they will get back to call me after lunch. When they called me Synerfac agency said that there's a restructuring going on
with the decision in hiring me for this position, concerning the pay rate. They told me that the salary what they're offering is $19 per hour rate. I was very disappointed when I heard this. And the recruiter guy said they would start me on an $18 per hour. " Do you accept this offer?" They are disgusting and horrendous in dealings. Not professional. I told them that when you changed
things what it's been arranged agreed, you presented on the table.. it lost your credibility to your word to me. The Synefac recruiter guy did not care much of this. He just said to me.."This is the pay.. Are you accepting it, yes or no?" for a 12 months contract without benefits. This is a
horrible thing I experience with SYNERFAC AGENCY. Very manipulative and shrewd. They left me with this option. I consider this practice a very manipulative because they highly maximized and capitalized on my job skills and talent to perform and supply the specific skill that their client's
needs. With out benefits and being locked down to what they are milking me on what I would be making on the job by commission fee, not only that every pay check i made. They reduced me to nothing worth. Even I have the 25 experience on the specific industry with my skills. It would be better for them to look and seek a job candidates from Wawa Stores guys who didn't have to require licensure in the Mechanical Engineering Industry. Very insulting and very abhoring
    experience with them.

I worked at Synerfac Technical Staffing

    Pros

They had a Monster and CareerBuilder account to browse resumes beyond this I cannot think of any positives from working at this place.

    Cons

Management is unprofessional and rude. They were completely unsupportive and manipulative. The way they treat their employees, clients and temps is unprofessional and horrendous. The management has no idea in what they are doing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look at the competition and realize why the company is struggling. Get some integrity or get a job in which you do not manipulate the lives of individuals.
