Pros – Their training is excellent. They submit you to well reputed clients and only for long term projects. Excellent personality development classes. Great marketing team. I have seen everyone getting placed. Good guest house.

Cons – 5-6 hours of training everyday. Aggressive marketing team.
They will not market you unless you are very strong in all the technologies.

Advice to Senior Management – Sometimes they are very strict with the sessions.
