“A growing company in an exciting industry.”
I worked at Syngenta
Pros – An exciting science based company which is growing. .
Cons – Syngenta's history of many legacy companies (Ceiba-Geigy, Novartis etc) means that there is sometimes issues around internal processes, although there are many projects ongoing to improve these processes.
Advice to Senior Management – More women in senior management!
