Former Employee – worked at Syngenta US
Pros – Great plant atmosphere, lots of projects to work on, great people to work with, pay is fair, very small company
Cons – not enough engineers, plant is very old, lots of projects to work on with few capital, plant equipment is constantly being repaired
Advice to Senior Management – there is not advice to management, overall the things being done there is necessary. lots of changes are made due to some cut backs.
