Current Employee – been working at Synopsys
Pros – Cutting edge technology, lots of creative freedom.
Company is very stable.
Cons – Little if any praise from senior management after completion of large projects. Lacking in competitive salaries.
Advice to Senior Management – Be more agressive with salary increases, at the minumum with market levels.
