Excellent benefits (fully-paid maternity leave, jury duty, etc.), very family-friendly
Upper management seems truly to care about all employees
CEO has high integrity, a rarity in the EDA industry

Cons

Acquisitions and the resultant "culture shock" not always handled efficiently
Not enough accountability for middle management
I once tried to navigate an internal transfer to Switzerland but the associated HR office was located in Germany and had no clue about Swiss laws and policies
