“Boring”
Former Employee – worked at Synovate part-time for more than a year
Pros – Easy: job was as easy as anything.
Flexible: worked around school schedule.
Pay: better than fast food.
Cons – Boring: but how exciting can it be?
Advice to Senior Management – It is what it is, but it needs more incentives.
