Company is more concerned with being politically correct than fair to hard working and productive employees.

    Pros

Management does not question when you take time off for medical or personal reasons. There are multiple choices for medical coverage. Vision and Dental plans are optional. Stock purchase participation is available.

    Cons

Management is very secretive. Employees are not held accountable to be productive. The most productive employees are not recognized - recognition is tainted by fear of not being politically correct. Knowledgeable employees are not included when management is working on changing or restructuring departments or procedures. Self-promoting employees get recognized and rewarded for disobeying practices and skipping the chain of command.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hold employees accountable for their actions regardless of their race or age. If they are not productive, they should not continue to be a financial liability to the company. Many productive employees will be more motivated if they no longer see those that slack get equal raises and equal benefits. People who actually do the work that is keeping this company alive are treated no differently than people who come to work for a paycheck and do as little as possible. Employees who complain above the chain of command are believed as accurate without allowing those they complain about being able to defend themselves. Whiners and complainers are given power and not seen as the troublemakers they are.
