    Pros

    Very Good career Progression Paths.
    Resonably Good People to work with (Although depends on the account/vertical you work at)
    No dearth of opportunities.

    Cons

    No regard for employee satisfaction.

    Benefits & compensation suck big time. No bother for employee retention.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please pass on some profits to employees (Programmers, Project Leads, Managers) too. They are the actual bread earners.

    Constantly seek feedback about the support functions. They can really be improved & made employee friendly
