Current Employee – been working at Syntel
Pros – You can be in better place if you work good and know the inside dynamics....
good onsite opprotunities.....good future but this organization have to adapt the new changing era of service and technology industry....they have very good pool of under-utilized talent.... supportive HR....easy work-life....
Cons – very poor in people management.....poor resourcing....
you never end up with one master piece and you don't know which kind of technology and work you have to adapt with when the sun will rise tomorrow.....
traditional clients and projects..... very reluctant to adapt to new technological patterns and provide trainings for reskilling or upskilling.....
If you have VISA then you may have to endup blending your carrier path to something strange.....
very poor top management for few of the verticles.....
Voice of the employees always reach to deaf ears...
Advice to Senior Management – adapt to new changes..... implement policies....reach to ground level employees who actually work than the employees who believe in grep-wines.....
make employees satisfied by increasing facilities & branding more powerfully ..... Organization can do lot much better!
