    Pros

    Can be a good learning experience in the beginning of your career
    Friendly environment within the team helps you survive :-)

    Cons

    Worst benefits.
    Every department needs a lot of pushing to get your work done, sometimes worse than an indian govt office
    No value for good work. Just make sure you impress your managers.
    So far to travel from the city, and compulsory 8 hr in-time. No work-life balance.
    It's all person dependent policies. No standard practices followed.

    Please have a vision, that is clear.
    Need to value human resources. They are the one's that turns an IT company.
