I worked at Syntel full-time (more than a year)

Pros

You can get good package here. Bargain with others on offer from Syntel.

Cons

No respect to human values, pathetic transport system, failed management , you can see it reflecting in missed revenue target of being 1b company in 2010 and it will definitely fail to achieve 2b company target in 2015.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If possible try to retrospect on human values, company profit is bi-product of satisfied employees..

  1. Worst place to work in junior level. If you joined as Manager it is very good place to work.

    Pros

Syntel ruined my career really ruined my career. Syntel will be good for senior management people not for freshers and lower grade people.

    Cons

No normalisation and appreciation from team and management.

I worked at Syntel full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They have a good variety of clients. They frequently send their employees over to the client's site.

    Cons

Company does not care for their employees. As an ex: their offices in Bombay, India are more like sweatshops. People are crammed into rooms, the chairs are really awful. The salaries are not par with the market rate. Very little investment in training.

    No opinion of CEO
