great environment to work.lots of thing for freshers to learn and grow,onsite opportunities are great and a great corporate culture

Cons

salary and appraisal offered are very low ,pormotional growth is very slow,relocation is a very big problem in syntel

    ** Salary & perks are so pathetic that they cant say they are paid by MNC

    ** If u r manager likes, no matter what u'll survive

    ** Check for the Attrition in AP level, upper management have different vision & views, but middle management is pathetic, only politics & they behave like it is their dad's company... high time to rewrite the polices

    Good infrastructure and work life balance .

    Poor and lazy management.
    Seldom listen to employees.
    Just believes in freshers to finish the project.

    Don't throw experienced people out of company just for cost cutting reasons.
    Don't believe that every work can be done with freshers alone.
    Remember LEGACY comes from experience and it will give success and growth to the company.
